  We stayed at NorthPointe apartment. We had to fix a disconnected dryer vent and a leaky kitchen drain that resulted in a stinky apartment until I found where it was leaking. The Pool was a deplorable duck pond and when we moved out the … More first week of June it was still unusable. The clubhouse billiards table had broken cue sticks. Their was a dilapidated weight bench and a filthy elliptical with gross sticky hand grips. Also advertised was a garage, we had no key for and I was told it was full of "stuff". The Apartment mgr said it was hard to find a maintenance person. We were supposed to be there until June 19th but I informed Laura we would be checking out June 4th. Two days prior to leaving a cleaning lady walked in on us unlocked the door and walked right into the place thinking we were gone. We left the place cleaner than we found it yet it still took over two months to get our security deposit back. Despite countless calls and emails inquiring about it. It was a roof over our head that's all I can say. The $300 cleaning fee and $800 deposit were ridiculously high. Once we signed the contract to stay it was hard to get a hold of anyone. I hope they figure out how to inspect a property and take better care of who ever stays with them next. How can they even be allowed to advertise in Airbnb? Even the lease contract was ridiculous, require us to dust the blinds?! Never again. The Apartment advertised was not what we paid forr or received.

  I was on an assignment here for 3 months. Laura made everything super easy getting set up and moving in. She was accessible if an issue arose during the check in process. The apartment was furnished with everything I needed, and then some. … More It was nice not to worry about liquids or extra bedding/towels. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the neighbors were awesome as well! If I am ever back in the area, I would not consider staying anywhere but here.
